My stay at Melville House was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff member who made me feel welcome. The atmosphere of the beautiful older style house added a touch of charm to my stay. The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The breakfast provided by Helen, the host, was excellent and the grounds with the large pool were simply stunning. I also appreciated the convenient location, with shops and supermarkets nearby. We had a lovely Christmas stay at an old-style house. the rooms were spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the beautiful grounds. They had a large pool that looked like it would have been amazing to use if it had been warmer. the location was perfect, and we were close to everything we needed to do. the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed.
That the wifi was a bit spotty, and we had a hard time connecting sometimes. the weather was a bit too cold for us to fully enjoy the outdoor area.
